Create a Reminder in Outlook

Hi all,

I am new to Automate, so don't know where to start on this one.

I make swimming booking online, and that online portal provides a URL link for me to add the bookings to my calendar (Outlook) which I have done. However, It doesn't come with a 'reminder'.

How do I create a reminder attached to this URL calendar? I would like a reminder automatically created whenever there's a new booking in that portal, and also remove the reminder if the booking is cancelled.

I can't seem to locate a template that suit this purpose.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Selina

Thank you @v-litu-msft  for your reply....

Since I am really new to Automate, this API concept seems quite advanced to me, so I will park this for the time being. When I am more confident with Automate, I will definitely come back to it!

    Thank you anyway.

    Regards,

    Selina

    Hi @Selina,

If you want to let a reminder automatically created whenever there's a new booking in that portal, you could consider create a custom connector. To create a custom connector, you must describe the API you want to connect to so that the connector understands the API's operations and data structures. Here is a document you could refer to:

Create a custom connector from an OpenAPI definition | Microsoft Docs
