I'm leaving the company soon and need my Flows and Apps created in PowerAutomate/Apps to remain online once I'm gone. I want to know if this can be acheived through the use of Enviroments.
I did it all in the default environment Personal Productivity, where I understand I cannot invite anyone.
My problem with the flow is the connections (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint etc) are all my email. So maybe if they're all in the environment I can invite people and they add their own connections?
The same with PowerApps.
Just trying to understand exactly what this environment thing is for.
Furthermore, I do not have permits to create this, so I have no way of knowing if I can request it, because if one more enviroment creates more fees, management will give me a big "NO" on this.
Hi @WorkingRicardo,
as it seems you at least have access to PowerApps - Dataverse as well?
You usually create environments for a proper Application Lifecycle with a dev, test and prod environment. In some cases people will even create single environments for larger projects with multiple apps flows etc.
The easiest thing in your case would be to share your apps and flows with another person or a group, containing several people and can be set dynamically. Add them as co-owner, so that can update the app etc. Test it, so that they can change the email adresses etc. If you have a sharepoint list connected or a ondrive folder make sure to properly adjust paths.
In case of canvas apps and power automate, you can use PowerDocu to at least give them an overview of what you have built. https://github.com/modery/PowerDocu

Hope that helps.
