Issue: Dynamics CRM and SharePoint Integration

Hi All,

 

I am using OOTB integration of Dynamics 365 CRM  and SharePoint online. Everything seems to be configured correctly but when I am trying to navigate to the Documents tab from Accounts, I am getting the below error. Can someone please suggest on this?

 

An error has occurred while loading documents.  Please reload the page. If the problem persists, contact your Dynamics 365 administrator for help.

    Hi Fubar,

     

    Thanks for the response, I have posted the same in the Dataverse forum as well.

     

    Yes, the user is an admin in CRM and SharePoint.

    Is the CRM user setup in SharePoint and have adequate SharePoint security privileges.
