Multi-Step with 2 MS Forms?

Hi all!

First time posting here, so apologies for any formatting errors. I'm new to power automate and trying to set up a flow using two MS Forms. Essentially, an employee fills out a survey (Form 1), then their supervisor fills out a subsequent form (Form 2) where the supervisor makes any remarks based on Form 1. Finally, both forms get sent to the department lead for approval. I was thinking the submission of Form 1 would trigger an email to their supervisor with the results and the link to Form 2. But then I don't know how to make it so that both completed forms get sent to the department lead for approval. They really want it to be one flow versus separate flows that require manual work /trigger in between. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @korrakat39

There would be no automatic way of linking the two form submissions. You could start with a form and then post the results via adaptive card to the supervisor, including any supplemental questions. The results of both form and card can then be compiled and sent to the department lead.
