Change request process

Hi all,

I would like to hear your expeince how you used approvals for building the change requset process. Particular workflow I would like to get it:

1. Document (proposal) is created and uploaded to OneDrive

2. Upload triggers actions and send approval request to approver.

- if approver approves document, send email to person that uploaded document, and copy that file to "approved" folder

- if approver rejects it, on approval form make it mandatory for approver to upload change request and explanation of the rejection reason.

Is such customization of approval form possible (making certain actions mandatory only during rejections)? How do you normally handle change request process?

Regards

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please explain more details about the approval form that you mentioned.

There is no approval form in microsoft approval request currently, do you want to create an excel table to save the the response and the explanation for reject?

You could create an excel table in your onedrive for business to save the the response and the explanation for reject, the screenshot of the flow as below:

    Best regards,

    Alice
