Auto Populate two fields from Contacts table to Accounts table in a multi step form

I have two custom fields in contacts entity (account number and account name). In the profile page I have used these two columns and got the user inputs. Now I want to auto populate these fields in the Account entity (account number and name) in the form, so that the user does not need to re enter the values.

Usually the information stored using the Profile Web Form are saved to the contacts table and than mirrored on the page itself. Did you refresh your page?
