How to send email alert using power automate 3 day before expired date based licence expired date on excel data online buisiness stored on OneDrive

please help me to create automate alert 3 day before licence expire using excel data and power automate

sample data like below :

    you need to create a schedule flow which will trigger daily.  fetch the data from the excel and compare the excel data's date with today + 3 days date. if it is matched then trigger notification.
     
    Note: please mark verified, if it is useful for you
