Portal Provisioning Wait Time

We've had a power apps portal stuck in "Portal provisioning in progress" for almost a week. Is there anything we need to check to ensure this actually is still provisioning and not errored out somewhere?

Having the same issue. Out of blue, started getting "Getting things setup ...". The browser tabs label says "Portal provisioning...".

How did you resolve?
