Portal Extract Issue - How to rectify

Hello everyone

Usually for doing an portal extract, one of the step I do is to create local branch in VS code and running pac paportal download --path 'C:\Users\XXX\src\portals' -id XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX -o to get the latest portal code into the local branch and push the branch.

However this time by mistake I forgot to create a local branch and ran this command into the main branch.

Could anyone advise how can I rectify this please?

@mandela We are using Visual studio code and yes Git.

@mandela Luckily I didn't do the git commit so it didnt affect the main branch as the pac download command only downloads portal's latest code to local repo folder.
