Power Pages - Combining Template Solution

As a part of my project, we have installed portal with Starter Layout 1. Now as per the business requirement, we want features like Knowledge Base Management(available in Customer Self Service Portal), Blogs, News Feeds, Archives (available in Community Portal) FAQs (available in FAQ portal). My questions is, how can we have all these features combined in one portal?
