Can't run Flow from a SharePoint list

I created a Flow from inside a SharePoint Online list. The user clicks a button I created with JSON formatting that launches the Flow. This works, but I have one user who can't get the thing to run. The only connections are SharePoint and Mail, which have been confirmed and reconfirmed as good -- but the Continue button never becomes enabled.

 

Although this had been working fine for me (the Flow owner), I encountered the same issue today but resolved it by refreshing connections and exiting/restarting the flow. Same thing happened to another colleague and he was able to resolve the same way. 

 

This particular user can't seem to fix this. I made her a Flow owner, and nothing changed. She refreshed connections, rebooted, and nothing. Why can't she launch this Flow??

 

I see no way to delete the connections. I can only add more duplicates. But no matter what, this user can't start it. Any ideas?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    Could you please take a try to create a new flow to see if the issue still exists?

    Also you could you please update the connections in the sharepoint connector and the mail connector?

    Also you could delete the connection and create a new connection to see if the issue still exists.

    Ok, we figured it out. Deleting and recreating the SP and Mail connections did not fix the problem but adding more connections did. I created this Flow from inside a list, so I had to choose a template to start with. The one I chose had actions in it that I did not need, so I deleted them. The required connections for those actions, however, remained in the Flow. So we were misdirected a bit b/c it seemed to only want a SharePoint and a Mail connections. In reality, though, it also wanted an Approvals connection and a Notifications connection -- left over from actions that were not actually being used. So once she added all those connections, it worked!

    **UPDATE** Just came across this:

     

    "Information: Beginning 2020-01-29 05:47 UTC users may experience issues manually running flows from SharePoint and other integrated sites. Users hitting this issue will see a grayed out "Continue" button alongside the connections used by the flow. We have a fix ready pending deployment. In the meantime, users can unblock by creating connections from the Connections page on the Power Automate or Power Apps websites. Note, a subset of connections such as "Approvals" and "Notifications" will not be visible in the list of connections seen above the continue button so users may need to double check the flow definition to verify which connections are required."
