Create folder in sharepoint from create file output and place in sharepoint folder

Hi everyone, I'm having some issues getting my flow to work correctly. This flow takes email from mailbox and creates a file from attachment based on content(operator name) in the body. That works fine. I want to move it to a specific folder based on the output from the email body, specifically the output from Compose (operator name) ending up with several operator folders with each of their files in their respective folder. (This is a call center and calls are recorded and sent via email....)

    Hi @camnetsouth 

     

    Seems, the list contains more than 5k items (threshold limit). Are you applying filtering in Get items action using filter action? If yes, you could create index(s) in SharePoint list for the columns used in the filter query. You could also try 'Limit Columns by View' parameter to limit the select columns and avoid threshold limit:
