If the trial site which contains all the customisation got expired, what is the best way to get the portal with all the configuration of expired portal

Hi,

If your Power Pages trial has expired and you need to restore it, try the methods given below,

Check if the portal still exists

Go to Power Platform Admin Center > Resources > Power Pages sites.

If it's listed but inactive, try extending or reactivating it.

Restore from Dataverse backup (if available)

Go to Power Platform Admin Center > Environments.

Select your trial environment (if it still exists).

Click Backups > Restore and set up Power Pages again.

Use a previous export (if taken before expiry)

Create a new Power Pages site in another environment.

Import your Web Files, Web Templates, and Site Settings.

Contact Microsoft Support

If the trial just expired, they might help recover it.

Plan for future use

Use a sandbox or paid environment to avoid losing configurations.
