How can I provide email and Outlook access to an external user in Power Platform to allow them to create and use Power Automate flows with email-related actions?

hey

you would need to add those externals to your tenant assigne the appropriate license to them. Then they need the appropriate power platform license.

I posted a similar question over in the Power Automate forum as I have the same issue - Power Apps development is fine for External user, but Power Automate does not "play nice" with them, particularly with creating connectors. I would also be interested if there is a solution here.
