Hello,
I'm trying to create an app in Power Apps to automate documents that are now handmade.
In these documents have fields that need to be filled in according to each person, I want the user of the person to identify their data through a database and so the documents is downloaded with their information, without needing a person to do the function.
Is it possible?
You can query information from a database or other data source in Power Automate and use those results to fill out document templates. I don't recommend storing password information from users (big security risk), but it can be handy to associate their email address with other business information to make queries easy.

Thank you! But is it possible that each user has only the person's login information? Without having to do this manually, just connecting a general database.
Yes, there are several ways to do this using Power Apps. One, you can use a SharePoint doc library and quick parts to fill out simple stuff on a form. Another way is to use the premium Populate a Word template action in Power Automate with appropriate tags built into a Word template. There are additional ways beyond that too, but these two methods are a great place to start.
Hope that helps,
Bryan
