Change Choices field from dropdown to checkboxes

Hello!

I have added a Multi-Select Choices field to my form in Power Pages, and I was looking to see if there is any way I can change it from a dropdown to checkboxes.

Is it possible to change each option into a checkbox, and retain the values selected when submitting the form?
