Web form steps are working inconsistency

We have a web form steps with 6 steps and the logic behind. The start step goes with Edit mode - allow user creating record in CRM once they fill all the fields in this step - session timeout for them is set to 10 minutes - the web page is set to be accessed anonymously. Move back to previous steps has been disable.

Currently, we received a lot of created record in CRM with only first step data inputs, but another step, data is simply blank. And we received the report from end users and testers that when they were on step 3 or 4 - they have kicked out and back to step 1. That may be the cause of the issue but I am not able to repro the issue on all browsers including mobile browsers multiple of times.

Could you please help to answer me those questions? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

1/ Any solution/suggestion we may prevent user kicked back from 3rd step to 1st one?

2/ Any scale up package that we can purchase to improve the performance of the page, we have 10k users visit it in hour?

3/ Any way we can force to create record at last step instead of creating new at the beginning as of now?

Thank you so much.

    1.  You may find it has something to do with the Start new session on load setting on the Web Form (however just setting it No may not be the full answer) and you session timeout Portal Setting.  I haven't had session timeout issues on Web Forms myself, but we also typically setup 2 Web Forms one for create and the other for edit (e.g. resume later) - if doing this then the other setting for Multiples also needs to be Yes.

    2. Unfortunately no, just complain to Microsoft.

    3. No (not with out of the box).  Technically you may be able to do something with cookies and the Web Api - but this may be more custom than what you are willing to do etc.
