    Hi @Hasini

Lookup fields are a relationship between 2 entities. You can control who has access to the relationship using Security roles and setting the access privileges there. Take a look at the Append and Append To privileges described in this article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/how-record-access-determined

Switch to Classic on the command bar (could be hidden under the dots), the enable FLS setting appears to not be in the make.powerapps interface yet for Lookups.

    Hi @Hasini,

Actually for the correct solution to properly restrict access to the lookup field, both @Fubar and @HSheild are right. You should look at security roles (not just Append and Append To) to configure the right security roles for that restricted entity and you can enable FLS on lookups (or other types of fields/columns) via classic interface. If you enable FLS you'll need to create one or more FLS profiles to determine who can view the field and who can update the field. By default if you don't create any, no one will be able to set the lookup value or see the results apart from system admins.

Furthermore, another solution is to create a separate form for those users that has that field (and possibly others that they shouldn't see) removed from the form. And so you'll have 2 forms, say for example one form managers and one for regular employees. More info on that: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/control-access-forms

    Hope this helps!
