FYI. Power Pages design is based on the styling aka themes you have chosen.
If you are not interested in changing the colour through coding.
Here are the steps:
1. Edit the site using design studio
2. Select the text you want to change the colour
3. Hanging menu bar will appear with options like below
4. Choose the colour you like.
NB: As mentioned, the colours displayed on the menu are based on the theme. This is best for accessibility.
