Pwr Pages a Part of Dynamics Customer Service?

Trying to confirm that Pwr Pages is not included with licensing of Dynamics Customer Service application.  My understanding is that Pwr Pages is licensed completely separate and not included in Dyn Cust Serv.   Can anyone confirm this?

    Yes that's correct. 

    Power Pages licensing is focused on external users and not internal.

    You will still need some internal license (D365 or Power Apps per user/per app) to build the Portals itself
