I've looked through the Power Platform licensing PDF and searched the web, and I am unable to discern whether PWA users count against my Power Pages licensing bundles every month. Does anyone know?

The licensing for Power Pages sites, whether they are PWAs or not, follows the same model, focusing on the number of users (both authenticated and unauthenticated) visiting the website.
