Hi,

I'm wondering if this something local to my environment or if it's been noticed elsewhere??

We have the usual three environments (DEV, UAT, LIVE)

I've recently noticed that when I export an app across from one environment to another, I'm seeing the below.

Also an app that is co-owned by a service account and as Everyone in Org as users I'm able to access the back end and make changes to it via the Details option from an account who is not displayed as shared with??

But the app is displayed in the Shared with me list and the Edit button is greyed out??

Not sure if these are connected but it seems weird it's occurring at the same time.

Anyone got any ideas, thoughts????

I am sorry I am confused and not following. I mean i thought i was, let me explain.

1) Can you please verify that you are an owner in the App, and btw yes never do everyone if you can help it, its not good or safe.

2) Are these people who you say can do it, Admins (Sysadmins, or customizers etc?)

3) its possible that others have some situational control, with the Service Account

So make sure 100% when you say its another user, that they are in fact just a use

lastly, what environment does this happen in? Is the App Solution Aware?
