Hello,
I'm trying to use PowerApps portal for our external users to be able to download pdf files. Can someone point me in the right direction to accomplish this?
Thanks

Is the document URL directly available on your table?
or you want to enable sharepoint integration or Notes integration on Portals?
Hi @_sourcecod3_
Are the documents some sort of user guide / manual / etc?
if yes, then I would recommend creating a Web File and add your file as a note, your document will be available for download according to the Partial URL https://<portal url>/<web file partial url>
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/web-files
If your File is a note within a record itself, there are a few ways to achieve that, are you using an Entity List / Entity Form? can you give more details on your requirement?
Hi @Mira_Ghaly , the documents reside in SharePoint. Is there a way to do that?
So the documents will be in a SharePoint document library, Is there a way to display them in the portal as downloadable links?
I am not sure you are already enabling sharepoint integration on your tables/Entities or you want just to display documents from a sharepoint library on Portal.
For the first option you can check below:
Please check below link to enable sharepoint integration on Portals:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/manage-sharepoint-documents?WT.mc_id=DX-MVP-5004221
@Mira_Ghaly I would like to display documents from a sp library on the portal, where users can click and download these files. I've enabled sharepoint integration following the steps in the provided link. Anything i need to do?
Thank you
The above works only as I mentioned if sharepoint Integration is enabled for specific entities or tables but will not work on a separate sharepoint list , I am not sure how your scenario can be handled in a an easy way .. Please give me some time and will try to find you a solution.
I really appreciate that @Mira_Ghaly Thank you!
It might not be the easiest or straight forward solution but this is how I could make it work...may be you can also try embedding the sharepoint URL directly as an Iframe:

Hi @Mira_Ghaly , so this works but only for authenticated users, since they need to be licensed. I was hoping to find something where external users can download these files (pdf). Thanks
