Query Dataverse table/entity definition/metadata using power pages Portals Web API

Hey folks, I have a need to query Dataverse's table/entity definition/metadata using power pages's Portals Web API. I get that unlike Dataverse's Web API, GET table/entity definition/metadata is not directly supported by power pages's Portals Web API. I wonder if there's any workaround that I could get at least logical name and display name for a given table/entity and logical name and display name for its columns/attributes from Portals Web API. For example, it seems if I do a GET of Entity table via Portals Web API, I could get logical name and display name for all Dataverse tables/entities. But I am not sure if there's any table that could give me logical name and display name for columns/attributes of a given table/entity. Would appreciate any helps here! Thanks!
