Download all documents from Document Subgrid with Power Pages and Sharepoint

Hi ,

I have implemented the Document upload with Power Pages and Sharepoint as suggested in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/manage-sharepoint-documents . Also I have implemented the download page where user can just download the document (hiding Add files button) using same Document Subgrid and users are able to download document by clicking on individual documents . Now I am trying to extend this feature by adding a button on click of which all document present in the grid will be downloaded (instead of users downloading each document separately).

Kindly provide some pointers how this can be achieved.

I would create a button that kicks off a Power Automate flow that downloads it from there. Here are some directional ideas on how to put that together

Hi @ctedesco3307,

Thanks for your response , I am looking for a way this can be achieved from Power Page itself . Users have option to download file by clicking on each file , just want to extend the same functionality by giving them an option to download all files . Creating a Power Automate flow will be like a new implementation , also I have few filter criteria to display the selected files in subgrid (not all files get displayed to user) .

I am exploring javascript to achieve the same , as we have files which needs to be downloaded. Let me know if you have any more inputs.
