Bug with duplicate page?

We found that duplicating a page seems to generate 3 thumbnail.yml files in the Web-Files folder. This is using the functionality provided in the Designer - Select the page -> 3 dots -> Duplicate. The files are all identical apart from the the webfileid and they all reference thumbnail.css as the adx_name. We can't see this file, but it's referenced in the <head> of the home page:

We deleted all 3 files and now the line above in yellow has gone.

This seems to be a bug with the duplicate page option. If so, where would we report it?

Hi @sheridannye,

unfortunately there currently is no page or tool to report bugs.
I opened a thread some time ago as I had similar things as you do: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussions/Bug-Report-PowerPages-enhanced-Datamodel/m-p/2241352

Till now I got no answer. @ragavanrajan @OliverRodrigues do you guys have a way to report bugs or could guide us?

Generally you would log it as an issue in your Office/Microsoft 365 Admin Center (if you have permissions from your organisation) https://admin.microsoft.com (under help and support in the left column menu)

Thank you @ragavanrajan This may be a feature rather than a bug. It triggered our accessibility tools though, so it would be helpful to understand more about it.
