Cloud Flows are set to OFF

When importing a new version of a solution to production, some of our Cloud Flows are set to OFF.

What can we do to avoid this?

    Hi, did you check connection references? I noticed an issue recently where within Power Pages Studio, the Flows are keeping the original URL, is that the case for you?
