I am trying to add a Description to my form as metadata and beleive I have set the few options necessary for this but it is not working. From the Basic Form > (Select my Form) > (Select Basic Form Metadata) > I activated it, and I have set the following options from the Attribute Logical Name and scrolling down I have set the Description/Instructions. But nothing is showing on the Multistep Form? What am I missing?

Thanks, that did it. Thanks. I asume I don't need the metadata for the basic form, only the mutlistep form, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/configure-multistep-form-metadata

@waldarb76 you have followed the correct steps to add the description to your form. However, there might be some other configuration that needs to be done.
Ensure that the Multistep Form Metadata is configured with the exact description/instructions as the Basic Form Metadata. You can follow the steps mentioned to configure the Multistep Form Metadata.
Ensure that the Description/Instructions field is not empty. The description will not be displayed on the form if it is empty.
Lastly, check for any customizations that might override the default behavior of the form. You can disable any customizations and see if the description appears on the form.
