Hello,

My team has been trying to access our Portals site but it keep saying "site not secure" we accepted all cookies, cleared cache, used a private browser and also a different web browser but still receive the same message. Is this a Licensing issue? We are trying to go live with a section of the platform but cannot do anything because the site is down. Kindly assist.

Best,

Winnie

    Hi @winniemangeni

There may be several root cause for this issue.

    1. You may be accessing the portal via proxy aka corporate environment where this portal might be blocked due to security reasons.

    2. Your SSL certificate might be expired or not valid

    3. Perhaps some issue in Azure services.

The easiest way to try would be to delete the portal and recreate it again. Trust me all your work will be there for sure with 100% confidence. The underlying dataverse data will not be deleted. This process is recreating the portal.

Note: While creating may be you can use new URL. For example: ppshnew

just in case if you have implemented a custom domain then please have a look at the below article

Some additional tips in my blog

    Hope it helps.
