it seems we dont have permission to use the tables we earlier created because I can't seem to find any of the school library tables as well as the school maintenance tables

Make sure to select the correct environment.

Some screenshots would be helpful, if you’re able to share them.

I too ran into the same issue, as when I followed the video and tried to create the flow from Power Automate, I did not see the Loans table. I instead made the flow from the Power Apps page we have been working in, and it worked. Here are my steps that I did to resolve the issue:

    1. Go to your Dev environment so it can take you to https://make.powerapps.com/
    2. Click on Solutions
    3. Click on "My School Library Solution"
    4. Click on "Cloud flows"
    5. Then click New -> Automation -> Cloud Flow -> Automated
    6. Now follow the same steps as the video to create the flow, please see attached screenshot for reference.

I had this same issue. I learned that it was because I was in the wrong environment. When I opened Power Automate it was opening in the default environment, I switched it to the environment with my name and I was then able to connect to my loans table.
