Power Pages Error / ConfirmEmail / Unknown

Hi Everyone,

Building a power page for external users and getting this error - which I cant find any answers to. So i hope that the community can help me.

I am getting an error when I want to confirm the Email. The email is sent, but the error is still showned.

I cant find the sitesetting/content snippet/entity on the Portal managment app and havent been able to find it in the community either.
Please help.

Hi @Power_To_Goat,

in your screenshot the blue label is still showing as the email has not yet been confirmed. Did you receive the mail and confirmed it? The label should then be gone. If not I guess that there's something off with the settings of the mailbox power pages tries to send those mails from.

Some workflows are disabled in Power Pages associated with the confirm email function.

Even though it is not a direct answer, it is closely related to mailbox activation. I have written an article.

Hi @ragavanrajan,

Do you know if I can turn off the "Alert messages"? So the error doesn't show up, or would I be turning off more error messages if I do so?

I follow some of your advises on other threads and that have helped alot. So, thanks for helping other and me. 🙂
