Hi Experts,
I'd like to trigger a Power Automate flow from a button in a portal, following an approach similar to the described on the post below

My portal users will be authenticated, but they won't be part of the tenant's Active Directory.
My question is: Do I need Power Automate licenses for these portal users?
By looking at the Power Apps licensing FAQ it seems like anybody who runs a flow needs a license to run a flow, but these users will be external users not included in the tenant.

I don't know the answer, one question would be in your case is the external user actually the person running the Flow e.g. if an external user triggers a Workflow from the Portal (this is a configurable option) then the workflow is actually initiated by System (internal system user) and would just count towards the API calls made.
