We are trying to duplicate an existing portal, could you please let me know a way to do that, or custom create a template.

Hi @parvezshaikh19 ,

Are you trying to move it between environment or you want to duplicate portal on the existing one?

If you want to move portal configuration between environment you can check out this official docs on how to use Configuration Migration Tool or this one on how to use XrmToolBox.
