I have a matrix with 208 suppliers to whom I need to send a form to 87 evaluators to determine their efficiency in the year 2024. How can I obtain the result of the form in FORMS without previously capturing the information of the 208 suppliers? This is intended to be done in POWER AUTOMATE

 
What is the best option to code this?

Hi,

You would have to access the Excel file that has all the answers captured. This will be dependent on where it saved it.

For my I made sure that I made all my Forms, Group forms. When you do this, you get to select the SharePOint location where it will create a Folder FOR that specific Form, and put your Excel file wih the answers. If you do that, then you will know exactly where to connect to. Otherwise see below.
