Filter View / List if user exists on any of these 5 columns

It is possible to filter based on these criteria.

I have 5 columns (Lookup to Contact Table) the requirement is to show only the records created by the user or in which he/her is a contributor.

For Contributors there are up to 5 columns where that user can be added or not
I need to filter my view / list based on this.

So far, I can add just one using the filter conditions of portal management but not the other 4 columns since I can only add one of those filters.

Hi @IT_User,

I guess it's more like a static view to show and not to change data.
For that I would suppose using the XRMToobox and the fetchXML Builder. Create your liquid code and use this to gather all rows belonging to the user specific to your filters. After that use some jQuery and JS to display your table.

If there is no other Contact lookup that the Portal User will have a Table Permission, you Should be able to just create Table Permissions for those 5 lookups

Alternatively, on your view definition, use a grouped OR criteria for the fields for a Contact record (the Portal will replace the Contact record with the current logged in portal user)
