Save JSON to SharePoint Document Library Columns

Hello PP Community,

I've created a flow (can see from the link below) that takes an email with multiple file attachments and identifies the PDF file and JSON file, it saves the PDF file to a SharePoint Document and then populates multiple metadata columns on the same row of the PDF. The flow works perfectly for me every time, but I have a client in Europe that has setup the flow exactly as I have but always has an issue.

They created a separate document library to receive the files so has full permission in SharePoint.
The PDF file saves to the document library without issue.
The error is always at the last step of adding the JSON meta data to the SP Document Library.
The record ID of the PDF file is saved to a variable after the PDF file is saved to the document library.
I've confirmed the ID is being saved to the variable as part of the flow run output.

I welcome any thoughts or feedback on any other areas to troubleshoot.
