Multi level approval

Hi, this is a very first time, when I tried to build a multi level approval flow (everyone needs to approve it). When, I looked at some examples available online, all the approvers are pre-defined, listed at the very beginning. In my case I dont know who will be the next approver. The logic is:
person A raise a request -> then it goes to the next level approval- person B (manager for person A). I saw that there is an option to get the managers details from the system using flow.

Then it goes to person C (manager for person B) and finishes on person D (manager for person C). So, I need to wait for person B to approve the request, to know who is the next level approver - person C.

I tried a different approach. I added 4 extra columns: 1st approver, 2nd approver, 3rd approver and 4th approver. The requester needs to specify who needs to approve his request. It works fine, however again, I cant find a way to display a full pyramid for the approval process in teams. It only shows one level. How can I show the full picture: who is the next approval, how many approvals etc?

Im ok with getting the approvers details. The only bit which needs fixing is to show the full sequence of approvers and the status in teams. any suggestions?
