Inability to play model driven App and publish customizations

I am unable to publish all customization for my solution. I keep getting error. Secondly, I am unable to play the model driven app. When i try to edit a record when the model driven app is opened on edit mode, i can move from the view to the form, I keep getting error

Try to sign out of your account. Clear your cache, close the browser, and sign in again.

You can also try to sign in using an incognito window.

I had a similar issue and it turned out my token expired in the background.

Initially, I received errors when clicking "Publish All Customizations" but still able to publish individual objects like views and forms and run canvas and model-driven apps. Are you still experiencing the issue even after rebooting your machine?
