Error 'Something happened' Form processor in Canvas app

Hi All,

I added a form processor to my Canvas app. It should process sticker information, for which I created a document processing model. I added this Sticker processing model to the Form processor - AI model in the app. Yesterday, it worked fine. Now I get the error 'Something happened. Try again later' when I want to upload/add an image.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Fleur

    Hi @fleur2

    Thanks for reaching out, are you still experiencing an issue or was it a transient failure?

    Would you please share a screenshot of your app/failure?

    Regards,

    Philippe

    Hi @plarrue ,

    I'm still experiencing the issue. I added an image of the message in the attachment. The same message is displayed on my phone when I play the app.

    It would be great if you could help me! Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,

    Fleur

    Thanks @fleur2

    Are you also experiencing this issue when you play the app from the Power Apps studio?

    Did you make any changes in your model?

    Regards,

    Philippe

    Hi @plarrue ,

    I'm also experiencing this issue when playing the app from the studio.

    I didn't change anything in my model.

    Kind regards,

    Fleur

    Ok thanks @fleur2

    Have you tried to start from blank, use your model and try to extract some fields?

    Regards,

    Philippe

    @plarrue ,

    When I create a new blank app with a form processor, it works fine. But in the already existing app, it does not work. How can I make this work on the existing app, so I can keep using that app?

    Kind regards,

    Fleur

    @plarrue ,

    It looks like my model is somehow not recognized. In my existing app, I can't see anything in AI model (also after refreshing). See image below.

    In my new blank app, the model is visible.

    However, both the model as well as the applications are in the same solution.

    How can I fix this issue?

    Can you try to remove and readd the PCF control Form Processor to your app ?

    @plarrue I get the following message when trying to add a new form processor after removing it;
