It would be great if we could monitor a website and recive notifications/SMS/email on change. Example, a blog post is added or updated, etc.

Does your blog support the RSS feed?
If your blog supports the RSS feed, I think the "When a feed item is published" trigger of RSS Connector could achieve your needs. I have made a test on my Wordpress blog and please take a try with the following workaround:
The flow works successfully as below:
Note: The "When a feed item is published" trigger of RSS connector may not monitor if the blog is updated in Microsoft Flow currently, the trigger only support monitoring if a blog is added. If you would like this feature to be improved, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
