Onedrive for business get the file not found even the flow worked very well til last week

Hi there,

I created a flow that worked perfectly until last week. However, starting today (21/10/2024), the flow keeps indicating that the file cannot be found, as shown below:

 

I followed this post exactly when creating my flow, without making any changes:

The flow worked flawlessly since September but stopped functioning today. After removing and re-adding my license (waiting for 30 minutes), I received the following message:

 

I'm not sure if this is related, but I've spent the entire day troubleshooting and urgently need a solution. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Restore a deleted flow
