Multiple SharePoint List using the same Power Apps Customized form

Hi Everyone,
Since I am quiet new to this Power Apps I decided to ask you guys for Guidance. I am having lots of fun right now and really like that I got the opportunity to work in this direction to collect information (as bellow).

Background/Purpose

Collect data in multiple SharePoint lists (if access can't salve it) from different markets (data not to be visible between markets).
The SharePoint lists will be 100% identical, only difference will be what user-groups have access.

My Actions so far

Created on SharePoint list
Customized the form with Power App
Created a SharePoint list as DataSource (dropdowns etc)

Problem

Same customized Form through Power App cannot (as I understand it) be reused for multiple SharePoint Lists.

Way for working

We want the user to always be able to open their SharePoint list to get a good overview of their data.
I want them from that layout have easy access to add information to the list.

Suggestions (Don't know if possible)

Creating a App that available from the SharePoint, when user choose for example "x" in a dropdown it's saved in SharePoint list "x". Optimal would be if it could be directed from the "new" in the SharePoint list. (if you can do this it needs to be turned off to add new in the "normal" way.
Using one list, instead of everyone seeing all items in the list make it access based, example Group A "Ian/Anna" Group B "Alice/Hans". If(Ian or Anna adds item, Group A get's visibility, Groups B) (I am aware that you can do this on individual level)

Guidance

I would be very happy to listen to some suggestions and I am open for other suggestions on this, I think more narrow since my lack of depth understanding of the possibility's. I am sorry for the amount of text, tried to be very clear!
