Unable to register user when following an invitation code link - Enhanced data model

Hi. I am unable to register as a new user when following an invitation code link. The URL to the page when following the invitation code URL seems to be working fine.

However, on select of 'register', the curser turns into a loading icon but nothing else happens. I think all of my settings are correct for register.

Has anyone else experienced this using the enhanced data model?

What is your authentication provider?

I have a Portal using Enhanced Data Model and I am using B2C, I have successfully used the invitation process in this portal

Hi @OliverRodrigues

i used local registration, but switched to AZURE B2C yesterday. I am facing the same issue, when a user clicks on registration then the website stucks in load. How did you added the logic with Azure B2C?

you don't need to do anything specific in terms of the B2C

my overall process/logic:

b2c is setup and it's the only/default authentication method

Azure AD/Local Auth are disabled

Contact record is created in the back-end / invited to the Portal

users open e-mail/click link and are redirect to the invitation page

I normally add JS to that page to hide certain elements that I don't want (but this is optional)

once use clicks redeem, they are redirected to B2C where they can register

this process will associate their B2C user to the existing Contact record

optionally you can use Graph AI to create the user in B2C as part of the invitation process, but that starts adding more complexity to the whole thing

@MarianoGoettel that sounds like there is an issue with the B2C setup

is the B2C setup when you click on sign in (not via redeem invitation process)?

if not, can you share the Site Settings related to the authentication?
