How to change tab names

Hi all,

I duplicated a page and then changed the name of the page. However, when I visit that page as a user, it still has the old name on the tab. How do I change the tab title?

Thanks!

    Hi,

If you are referring tab title as Page URL then follow the below steps to change the Tab title:-
    1. Go to Power Pages Designer Studio ( https://make.powerpages.microsoft.com/ ) à Select the Page whose URL you want to change à click on the 3 dots which are present in front of the Page Name as highlighted in the below screenshot à then Select the Page Settings Option.

    1. And change the Partial URL of the page as you want.

    1. Sync and preview.
After doing all these, do the cache clear of your browser and try logging again to your portal to see the difference.

    Thanks!

That front-end editor can cause problems sometimes with name changes.

I'd jump into power pages portal management app.

On the left, select "web pages" and locate your page (open the record)

Ensure the name is correctly appearing and make the same name change in set in the 'localized content' version (sub-grid) on the page.

I've found that can sometimes be out of sync.

    That should fix your issue.
