Preciso extrair as linhas de uma planilha em Excel armazenada em uma pasta no Sharepoint criar uma tabela e listar todas as linhas e criar dentro de uma lista do Sharepoint.

You need to extract the lines from a plan in Excel assembled in a non-Sharepoint file and create a table and list all the lines and create them in a Sharepoint list.

So taking your high-level details into consideration there will be some more questions, when you say that excel is a non sharepoint file then what is your location of the file, is it in onedrive? If so then you can build a workflow using Power automate without any issue, but if your file is in a shared drive or any on-premises then you need to work on Power Automate Desktop(PAD)
