I created a new form that I added to a new page to in order to create a new request type called TDP Engagement Kick-Off. When I click on the View button for the new request type I get the error that reads "Check the link and try again." I've mirrored everything I can think of from existing working pages in Portal Management to the new page but I haven't found the issue. Any advisement on where to look would be greatly appreciated.

@SaiRT14 - it looks like I needed to establish a parent/child relationship between the edit version of the form and the view version of the form via Portal Management.

    Following are the tesps
    • Enable diagnostic logging for the portal to capture more specific error details.
    • In Portal Management, navigate to Web Roles and check if appropriate permissions are assigned to allow access to the new page and form.
    • Make sure that the Entity Permissions are set up to allow read and write access for the request type entity. The lack of proper permissions often results in access issues.
    • Under Entity Forms, check if the form and entity are configured to point to the correct page and entity.
if you still have issue, please let me know. Thanks.
