This is my first Power Automate project. I need to send an approval email to the person as picked by the person submitting the form. Have made a drop list for the field on my form. These are the steps.
1) user submits a request and picks his manager from the drop down options.
2)manager get's notified of the request.
3) Manager approves/rejects the request.
4)user gets notified of the response.

You can run switch cases which runs based on specific answers to the form question. I set up a simple flow in this screenshot as an example.
