Solved: Direct access to a record by URL

Hi,

Is it possible to generate a URL to open a specific screen of an app, with a specific record?

For example, in an app which allows users to place purchase orders, a purchasing administrator or approver might receive an email (from Flow, based on "when a row is modified or updated") to say that a new order has been added to the system. I can already place a hyperlink to the app in that email, but is it possible to create a link that would take them to the processing (e.g. "edit") screen with that specific order?

It looks to me as though the app screens don't have separate URLs like webpages do. Can this be done?
