I want to use the FreshDesk trigger "When a ticket is updated", but the ticket ID is required. I want the flow to trigger when any ticket is updated. Is there any way to use this kind of trigger?

You could make an automation rule in FreshDesk that gets triggered when a ticket is updated. This trigger can then activate a webhook to activate a Power Automate Flow.
