Hello Power Platform Community,
We have developed a solution using the "Export to File Paginated Report" feature to generate PDF reports. Our current setup involves the following licenses:
- Power Automate License: Standard
- Power BI License: Power BI Premium Per User (PPU)
While this approach works well, we've encountered a challenge. There is a cooldown period of 5 minutes per request for exporting each report. Given that we need to distribute these reports to 1000 users, this limitation significantly impacts our process efficiency.
Has anyone faced a similar situation or have any recommendations on how to handle such large-scale report distribution more effectively within the constraints of our current licenses? Any insights or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated.
